Design and Manufacturing

Every piece of Make It Good Clothing is cut, sewn and screenprinted in our studio/micro-factory in Portland, Oregon and all printed artwork is original to our studio.  Our process not only gives us tremendous flexibility in the range of products we can create, but also seamless control over quality, as we are involved in every step of the design and production process.

We strive to create products that are as sustainable as possible. However, all processes and materials present ecological tradeoffs. With each material we use, we go to extraordinary lengths to minimize our impact on the environment. To start with, our fabrics are always either “rescued” (deadstock), organic, bamboo, or recycled. Furthermore our products are screenprinted with the most environmentally and people friendly inks on the market.

We are proud to be a part of the movement towards sustainable, US manufacturered, quality products.

We are currently accepting sewn product contract work and production management consulting. If you are interested in having us produce your products, contact us.
